  • Represented the client in business disputes concerning various types of property claims up to EUR 2 million (2016-2019).
  • Successfully defended the interests of the client’s administrator of multi-apartment buildings in preserving its valuable real estate: professional legal work resulted in the reopening of the court proceedings in a heard and closed case (reopening of proceedings is applied in exceptional and extraordinary cases) and regaining the ownership right to the buildings located in the Old Town of Kėdainiai, which the state had taken over according to a previous court decision. In addition to the reopening of the proceedings, the case also deals with issues of asset securitisation, mixed jurisdiction (ruling of a special panel of judges) and other complex issues (2019-2020 m.).
  • Defended a former company director against claims by the insolvency administrator for a declaration that the bankruptcy of the company he headed was fraudulent and for an award of substantial damages (2019-2020).
  • Defended a purchaser of assets against a claim of bankrupt company actio Pauliana for the annulment of a high-value transaction (2019).
  • Represented shareholders of companies in operational investigation cases (2016-2020).
  • Represented a client in court defending against a claim for damages over EUR 500,000 (2017-2018).
  • Defended a former company director against a claim brought against him in court by a bankrupt company for damages amounting to almost EUR 100 thousand (2017-2018).
  • Represented a client in a court dispute regarding the confirmation of a financial claim of almost EUR 300 thousand in the company’s bankruptcy proceedings (2017).
  • Assisted in settling a court dispute regarding the award of 150 thousand euros from the largest energy company in Lithuania (2016-2017).
  • In a legal dispute against an insurance company, assisted the client – an international cargo carrier – in declaring an event as insured and claiming the insurance benefit (2015-2017).
  • Advised on a financial claim of more than EUR 1 million against a bankrupt bank (2015-2016).
  • Assisted in defending in court a former manager of a company against a claim to declare the company’s bankruptcy fraudulent and order the manager to pay a large amount of damages (2015).
